3. jar 파일 압축 해제 (spring-tool-suite-4-4.17.2.RELEASE-e4.26.0-win32.win32.x86_64.self-extracting.jar)

4. contents 압축 해제 (실제 STS 위치에 풀 것)

5. SpringToolSuite4.exe 실행
